3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or incomplete information for name, mobile number, email, or payment details is a violation of these Terms and may result in account cancellation.

3.3 Password & Account Security

The account holder is fully responsible for all activity that occurs on the account, unless it is proven that the issue was caused by a technical fault on 6v999's part.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing a withdrawal request, 6v999 may carry out identity verification (Know Your Customer). This may involve requesting a scanned copy of a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to submit documents in a timely manner may delay the withdrawal.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

4.2 Withdrawal Process & Timeframe

Once a withdrawal request is successfully processed, funds generally arrive in the user's account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may occasionally be longer due to the verification process or other reasons.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless the support team approves an alternative arrangement under special circumstances.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on 6v999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳42,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• More than one bonus cannot be active at the same time unless the relevant offer explicitly states otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 6v999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus without notice.
• Free spins or other promotional rewards are subject to their own terms and conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in permanent account cancellation and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes in collusion with other players.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform with malicious intent.

• Harassing, threatening, or insulting other users.
