Responsible Gaming at 6v999
We believe entertainment should be safe and controlled. 6v999 provides various protective tools and support to help you enjoy gaming within healthy limits.
Our Core Principles
Online gaming at 6v999 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years old to use our platform. Minors have no access to open an account or play any games.
Gaming should be a form of entertainment — not a way to earn a living. We always encourage our users to manage their time and money wisely. 6v999 believes that building a healthy gaming experience requires both the platform and the player to stay mindful.
We have built several tools to help you keep your gaming in check — such as setting deposit limits, taking breaks for a set period, and the option to suspend your account entirely when needed. On this page you will find detailed information about all those tools and how to use them.
Important: If you feel gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact our support team right away — [email protected] — or come to live chat. We are ready to help 24/7 in both Bengali and English.
Age Verification Is Mandatory
Only those aged 21 or above may create an account and play at 6v999. We treat age verification as the highest priority to protect minors.
Honest and Transparent Platform
All games at 6v999 are run on fair and impartial principles. Our system is secured with SSL encryption and your personal information is kept strictly confidential.
Your Protection Tools
6v999 offers several robust tools to keep your gaming experience safe. Using them is entirely your own choice and they can be activated at any time.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum amount you can deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set you can reduce it, but increasing it is subject to a waiting period.
Session Time Limit
Decide in advance the maximum number of hours you will play each day. Once the set time is up, the system will automatically help you take a break.
Time-Out Option
If you want to take a break for a few days, use the option to temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. During this time no bets or transactions will be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you want to stay away from gaming for an extended period, use the self-exclusion feature. Activating this option will completely deactivate your account for a specified duration.
Activity Review
Review your gaming history, total spending, and session time. Staying aware of your own activity makes it easier to make healthy decisions.
24/7 Support

Recognise the Signs of a Problem
We often cannot tell ourselves when gaming has started causing problems in our lives. Ask yourself the questions below — if one or more answers are "yes", it is time to take a break.
- Are you continuously increasing your bets to try to win back money you have lost?
- Are you spending less time on work or family because you are preoccupied with gaming?
- Are you taking out loans or using your savings to place bets?
- Do you feel mentally unsettled when you try to stop gaming?
- Are you lying to family or friends about your gaming?
- Are you gaming even when you cannot focus on anything else?
